What does it cost to list my store?
Nothing up front. Creating your store, adding your location, and listing products is free. A small marketplace fee applies only when an order is placed.
Which shoppers will see my store?
Shoppers browsing the Local Stores tab near your address see your store sorted by distance, closest first. You can opt any location out of the tab at any time from your seller settings.
Do I have to offer shipping?
No. You can start with local pickup only. If you want to ship, you can handle it yourself or use our fulfillment network later.
I already sell on Shopify. Do I have to re-enter everything?
No. Connect your existing store from the seller portal and import your catalog, prices, and stock instead of retyping products.
What web address does my store get?
You choose it. Your minisite lives at your-store-name.swiftyshops.com, and the same page is also reachable at swiftymart.com/local/your-store-name. Verified stores appear in the Local Stores tab automatically.
Can my staff help run the online store?
Yes. Invite team members from the seller portal with their own logins, so staff can manage products, orders, and customer conversations without sharing your account.
